Acquisition of this valuable energy led to a profound change and transition in the socio-political structure of these nations. It was these transformations that led theorists such as Mahdavi, Beblavi and Lavisyani to present their views about rentier states. Based on these theories, the countries where income from underground resources (preferably oil) forms 42% of their total revenues are called rentier states. Iran, too, is one of the principal petroleum producing and exporting countries that according to available figures and data has accounted over 42% of its entire income from oil until the last few years. Some of the Iranian researchers believethat the oil revenues to the state treasury have largely caused centralization and the emergence of modern government particularly absolutism. Studying oil revenues as an independent variable, the current piece of research aims to highlight and deliberate their impacts on the centralization of political powers. Consequently, with historical-descriptive research methodology, it tries to find answers to the queries such as: Whether the present Iranian state can be considered a rentier one? Whether or not spatial distribution of political powers in Iran has been affected by oil revenues over the last hundred years? The paper concludes that although oil incomes especially during the second Pehlavi era have been key factor in strengthening political powers. But in the first Pehlavi era or presently, despite the fact that the state is not dependent on oil revenues, even then we are witness to the process of centralization of political powers. Therefore, it can be said that oil incomes though laterally have been effective in the absence of spatial political power but that cannot be the actual reason.}, keywords = {Rentier state,Centralization,Decentralization,Spatial distribution of political power}, title_fa = {درآمد‌های نفتی و توزیع فضایی قدرت سیاسی در ایران}, abstract_fa = {با ورود به قرن بیست‌ویکم، هنوز هم نفت به عنوان یک منبع حیاتی و انرژی استراتژیکی نقش مهمی در حیات کشورهای نفت‌خیز بازی می‌کند. کشف این انرژی ارزشمند، تغییر و تحولاتی را در ساختار سیاسی و اجتماعی کشورهای نفت‌خیز ایجاد کرد و این تغییرات، توجه نظریه‌پردازانی چون مهدوی، ببلاوی و لوسیانی را به ارائه نظریۀ ((دولت رانتیر)) سوق داد. طبق این نظریه کشورهایی که درآمدهای منابع زیرزمینی (ترجیحاً نفت)، بیش از 42 درصد از درآمدهای کل دولتی را تشکیل دهد، دولت‌های رانتیر نامیده می‌شوند. ایران نیز جزو کشورهای تولید‌کننده و صادرکنندۀ عمده نفت در جهان است که با توجه به ارقام و آمار موجود، تا سال‌های اخیر بیش از 42 درصد از درآمدهای دولتی را درآمدهای نفتی به خود اختصاص داده است. برخی از صاحب نظران ایرانی بر این باورند که با ورود درآمدهای نفتی به بودجه دولت، شاهد ظهور تمرکزگرایی و تشکیل دولت ملی مدرن و به‌ویژه مطلقه در کشور بوده‌ایم. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش این است که با بررسی درآمدهای نفتی به عنوان متغیر مستقل، تأثیر آن را بر تمرکز قدرت سیاسی، مورد بررسی و کنکاش قرار دهد و با روش تحقیق تاریخی- توصیفی، در پی کشف پاسخ این سؤال باشد که: آیا دولت ایران اکنون نیز، دولت رانتیر محسوب می‌شود؟ و آیا توزیع فضایی قدرت سیاسی در ایران در یک صد سال گذشته، متأثر از درآمدهای نفتی بوده است یا نه؟در پایان این نتیجه حاصل می‌گردد که اگرچه درآمدهای نفتی به‌ویژه در دورۀ پهلوی دوم در جهت تحکیم قدرت سیاسی عمل نموده است، اما در دورۀ پهلوی اول و دوره کنونی با توجه اینکه دولت مثل دولت پهلوی دوم متکی به درآمدهای نفتی نیست ولی در عین حال تمرکزگرایی در قدرت سیاسی را شاهد هستیم. بنابراین درآمدهای نفتی به طور نسبی در عدم توزیع قدرت سیاسی مؤثر است، اما دلیل اصلی نیست. }, keywords_fa = {Rentier state,Centralization,Decentralization,Spatial distribution of political power}, url = {https://journal.iag.ir/article_56916.html}, eprint = {https://journal.iag.ir/article_56916_9457608816261747bfb86442b76aac49.pdf} }
