The complexity scope of the interactions makes international relations a challenging issue. Relations between India and Iran have been deepening with respect to most issues, especially security, energy, and the North-South Transportation Corridor. In January 2003, the two nations signed a number of agreements, including a “Memorandum of Understanding on the Road Map to Strategic Cooperation.” This research paper focuses on India and Iran strategic relationship according to Neorealism theory that emphasizes the importance of the structure of an international system and its role as the primary determinant of state behavior. The aim of this research is to study various components in establishing strategic relations between countries in international system through determining the most important affecting factors such as system, security, and economy in shaping strategic relations. The type of research design is cross-sectional design with quantitative data collected through subjects’ responses to a questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that India and Iran complement each other in the energy sector and share an interest in stabilizing Afghanistan and connecting resource-rich Central Asia to the Indian Ocean. Internationally, the future of India and Iran relations will depend on two factors: how India manages to maintain the right balance between its growing relations with Israel, the US, and GCC countries and on the other hand, what will be the nature and level of Iran’s engagement with India if and when its relations improve with the US and EU.}, keywords = {Strategic Cooperation,Iran,India}, title_fa = {روابط ایران و هند با چشم انداز آینده}, abstract_fa = {روابط بین‌الملل تعاملات اقوام و فرهنگ ها را در سرتاسر جهان مورد توجه قرار می دهد و پیچیدگی دامنه این تعاملات، آن را به یک مسئله چالش برانگیز تبدیل نموده است. روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و هند به موضوعات مهمی از قبیل امنیت و انرژی مرتبط است و در همین راستا، در ژانویه سال 2003 توافقات متعددی شامل تفاهم‌نامه نقشه راه همکاری راهبردی، بین دو کشور امضا شده است. هدف از این تحقیق، مطالعه بر روی مؤلفه های مهمی است که بر استقرار روابط راهبردی میان دو کشور هند و جمهوری اسلامی ایران در درون ساختار نظام بین الملل نقش دارند، تا از طریق تعیین و اولویت بندی آنها، چگونگی شکل گیری روابط راهبردی میان دو کشور معین گردد. این تحقیق براساس نظریه نئوریالیسم که معتقد بر اهمیت ساختار نظام بین الملل و نقش آن‌ به عنوان پیش تعیین‌‌کننده رفتار کشورها است، به مطالعه روابط ایران و هند می‌پردازد. نوع تحقیق مطالعه مقطعی با رویکردی کمی است که اطلاعات آن از طریق پرسشنامه، از جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان حوزه های سیاسی، اقتصادی و امنیتی هر دو کشور، جمع آوری شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که روابط بین دو کشور مکمل یکدیگر در حوزه‌های اقتصادی و امنیتی است. کریدور شمال - جنوب، امنیت، انرژی و ثبات در افغانستان از مهمترین مؤلفه‌های مثبت مؤثر بر روابط راهبردی بین دو کشور محسوب می‌گردند. لیکن سیاستهای آمریکا در غرب آسیا بویژه با ایران به گونه‌ای است که بر روابط دو کشور تأثیر معکوس دارد.}, keywords_fa = {همکاری استراتژیک,ایران,هند}, url = {https://journal.iag.ir/article_82987.html}, eprint = {https://journal.iag.ir/article_82987_407869b53de9a1ed2666878d9efce7c0.pdf} }
