The world was faced with a new and unusual of incidence, known a collapse of   the soviet union, that occurred not because of interference of any foreign power, but simply on the basis of ruptures in the inter political, social, military and cultural structure of the union at the same time changing the bipolarity and balance of power to lake of polarity and fluidity in international relation. Under  the circumstance every one of the great powers, having in mind. Their own interest tried assume responsibility abilities of the disappeared power they filling the vacancy created by its abs sense. The desire for superiority confided. The clash of interest and the resulting anarchy created irregularities such as American invasion of Iraq on the exclude of the liberating Kuwait-occupied by Iraq the September 2001, etc. Consequently , the study of the results of the breakdown of  the eastern black and the geopolitical development, of the 1990s, particularly their impact, in the middle east, remain  the main point of interest in the  minds of  treachery,  of  the  middle east problems. The present article having in mind the studying the effect of the development upon interests of the Iran in the area put forth the following theory: <br />1- After collapse of the Soviet Union the geopolitical frontiers of the us. Has reached the geopolitical frontiers of Russian. <br />2- The spatial expansion of America has resulted in physical siege of Iran, thus increasing its security expenditures.  <br />In the opinion of the author, in order to reduce the security cost it is advisable to consider adoption of alliance and collation policies. جهان در آستانه دهه 1990 میلادی با یک رخداد جدید و کم نظیر بنام ‌فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیرشوروی مواجه شد. این رویداد بدون مداخله یک قدرت خارجی و تنها مبتنی بر شکافها و گسستهای سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی داخلی صورت واقعیت به خود گرفت و ساختار نظام بین‌الملل را از حالت دوقطبی و موازنه قدرت رها و به سمت بی‌قطبی و سیال بودن رهنمون کرد. در چنین شرایطی هریک از قدرتهای موجود جهان با توجه به منافع و نیتهای سلطه‌طلبی تلاش کردند تا مسئوولیتها و وظایف قدرت حذف شده را عهده‌دار شوند تا خلأ ناشی از عدم حضور قدرت برتر را تأمین کنند. برتری‌طلبی توأم با تعارض منافع در حوزه‌های دچار خلأ قدرت شده و آنارشی ناشی از به‌هم خوردن تعادل و توازن قدرت، نابسامانیهای مثل تجاوز نظامی آمریکا به عراق به بهانه آزادسازی کشور اشغال شده کویت، واقعه یازده سپتامبر2001 را به‌دنبال داشت. در این حالت بررسی پیامدهای فروپاشی بلوک شرق و تحولات ژئوپلیتیک دهه 1990میلادی، بویژه آثار این تحولات در خاورمیانه، همچنان در کانون توجه پژوهشگران مسائل منطقه قراردارد. مقاله حاضر که درصدد بررسی آثار دگرگونیها بر منافع و امنیت ملی ایران و تلاش برای شناخت محیط منطقه‌ای این کشور است، این فرضیه‌ها را به آزمون گذاشته است: 1- پس از فروپاشی شوروی، مرزهای ژئوپلیتیکی آمریکا با مرزهای جغرافیایی روسیه انطباق پیدا کرد؛ 2- انبساط فضایی آمریکا موجب محاصره فیزیکی ایران شده و در نهایت هزینه‌های امنیتی این کشور افزایش پیدا کرده است. به نظر نویسنده برای کاهش هزینه‌های امنیتی وضعیت فعلی ایران مناسب است که راهبرد اتحاد و ائتلاف در پیش گرفته شود. https://journal.iag.ir/article_118723_f4bb31c085c44a7daab6fe1269884cf6.pdf
