Getting Started: Navigate to the “Customer Services” section and click on “Contact Us.”
Selecting the Query: In the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, select the second option: “How do I request to add a missing document?”
Accessing the Form: On the new page that appears, look under the “How” section and click on the “Web Form” hyperlink.
Filling Out the Request: Select “Add missing document” from the options and proceed to fill out the form:
Subject: You may enter, “My missing document.”
Question: You may enter, “Could you please add my missing article to the database?”
Attachment: You are encouraged to upload a screenshot of the missing article as it appears in the journal.
Personal Information: Complete the remaining fields with your personal details. Once finished, click “Send your question.”
Note: The Scopus Customer Services team will review your request and provide a response within 48 hours.
