Thesis’s of control and hegemony were drawn in the thoughts and minds of decision-makers in the state. All that comes to strategic thinking is the permanence of the state’s survival. Wars and crises often stem from control and the annexation of nearby lands in order to ensure interest, and the degree of their density is crucial or vital. Therefore, Tellurocracy has been considered a complication that affects the approach of the strategic decision-maker. In ensuring interests as a basis for the theories of the vital field in strategic thinking, as stated by the writer Alexander Dugin, who expressed it in the model of Russia after the Russian-Ukrainian war and the opening of land lines, whether through economic initiatives or military movements, by ensuring access to warm waters first and the growing Russian role as a revisionist force. In the international system.

In this The research relied on induction to analyze the general situation of Russia's role in the international system after 2023 and its complex roles, The depth of the land extension is the vitality that Russia or any country trying to be a power in the system has sought. Whoever has land control can control a region or an entire continent. Whoever understands Tellurocracy can understand geopolitical movement or control. in addition to understand concepts related to the topic of Tellurocracy, leading to a forward-looking approach to develop future possibilities for Tellurocracy in light of the complexities of the international system.
