Attention to ethnic diversity and ethnic management policies is one of the important issues in Iran's spatial-geographical political management. Since the necessity of this issue is not hidden from anyone, knowing these policies and how to apply them can be one of the research goals. Meanwhile, one of the government's tools for enforcing ethnic media policies is the media. Public television is the most popular manifestation of culture in the 21st century, so analyzing the content of television programs about ethnic groups is a good way to understand the ethnic policies of governments. In this article, explaining the ethnic policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the national media with emphasis on popular TV movies using content analysis method has been the purpose of the article. The results show that there is a big difference between the representation of popular films in the national media and ethnic realities in society, and the policy of pluralism in the cultural dimension is represented in the popular films of the national media.
